Paper folders don't scale
The S3 program runs on paper "star logs." Each mentor hands in a half-sheet every day. School counselors review the stack manually after lunch, scan for flags, retype attendance into a spreadsheet, and try to remember which mentees were in the yellow zone last Tuesday.
By the time a flag is reviewed, the moment has often passed. By the time leadership asks for trend data, the spreadsheet doesn't have it.

Mentors tap their tile on the tablet, mark Present or Absent, pick a Zone (Blue/Green/Yellow/Red), check the 🚩 if a mentee needs follow-up. Two minutes. School counselors see flags on their dashboard within a minute, plus attendance trends across rounds, and your school's IT admin keeps a two-year activity log. No retyping required.

Every query is school-scoped server-side. Names on the tablet are minimized to first name + last initial by default, or Student IDs only. Two-year audit log that names students by ID only. Built for district vendor reviews, with a WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility audit.
